This project is focussed on understanding how young people seek support for their mental health in Tameside & Glossop.
Through working with young people, their families and key stakeholders we've been able to understand the experiences of young people and those trying to support them.
Using these meaningful insights we are co-designing innovative solutions to improving young people's experiences and get them the support they want from the people they trust in their lives.
This project provides an opportunity to shape positive change for young people and their mental health in Tameside and Glossop.
Discover Wellness in Nature: Family Outdoor Experience
Funded by Postcode Lottery Trust.
This project focussed on supporting families to improve their wellbeing and mental health through nature.
Families accessed different support activities, such as outdoor therapeutic workshops, 1-1 or group therapeutic support sessions and a family resource pack for accessible outdoor activities aimed at improving wellbeing.
