Dynamic Interpersonal Therapy (DIT)
Dynamic interpersonal therapy is a structured psychodynamic therapy that can help with exploring emotional and relationship problems that might be causing you some difficulties in everyday life.
The therapy considers how your past experiences may be impacting on your current life and helps you identify potential changes you might like to make.
DIT can help you gain a clearer understanding of yourself and the way you behave, feel more confident in relationships and experience better mood and less anxiety. It normally involves 16 sessions.
